How much is shipping?
Shipping starts at $3.25 for domestic orders and $10 for international orders. The total cost for shipping will depend on the weight of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship to countries in North America via USPS and, occasionally, DHL and UPS. Please be patient as we continue to work on negotiating shipping rates with postal carriers in other countries.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Current processing time is 1-3 business days. Your order will then be shipped and arrive at your doorstep around 2-5 business days from the date the post office receives your package (this shipping frame applies to US orders only).
What if my package is delayed or not delivered as expected?

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to provide you with tips and techniques for use specific to your hair type. With that being said, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If your order is damaged during delivery or found to be defective, please email us within 5 days of the receipt of your order and we will replace it as soon as possible.
Regarding international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any local taxes/customs duties that may arise. If the item is returned as undeliverable, you will receive a refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
