We're Open!

Hey #GemSquad fam!

First, I wanted to send well wishes to each and every one of you.  Things still feel a bit strange, but I am certain that we'll come out better on the other side when all of this is over.  

Secondly, I wanted to assure you that we are still committed to living colorfully and spreading color all over the nation.  So here are a couple of updates on our fulfillment and shipping processes:  

- Our products are made fresh on a biweekly (or more) basis.  With that being said, I don't keep a lot of raw goods on hand.  Typically if a product is out of stock, it is usually because I am waiting for a supplier to ship an ingredient.  To stay up to date on when an item comes back in stock, please sign up for a back in stock notification which can be found on the individual product pages.  Additionally, mini trio's will be out of stock until at least mid-April (if not longer). 

- In order to keep myself and my family healthy, instead of going to the post office to drop off orders, I've been using the package pickup service via USPS.  As a result, please allow at least 24 hours for the system to show movement of your shipment once you have received your shipping confirmation.  As a solopreneur, it is vital that I take every precaution so that I can keep this business up and running.

First time ordering the Blush hair gel and I love it! Thank you for this product!
One question, I noticed that after put the product in my hair, my nails turned an “orange-y” color. Does this usually happen?

I’m still going to use it though! :-)
