Temporary Hair Color Gel - Blush

I am totally grey and this completely covers my grey. The gel brings out my curl pattern. Highly recommend!

Love the color, its pinker in the sun and more of a mauve indoors. The color does tranfer but great temporary color option and does wonders for my hair

I had an issue with the product and it was handled quickly, with the utmost professionalism. The Blush color looks great on me; everyone likes it, including the hubs. The next color will be the Cranberry. Then I'm going to mix the two colors to see how it looks. I'm really excited. I always wanted, for years, to try some hair color, and now I'm taking a chance. I'm glad I did. It shows really nicely in the sunlight, too. I've told all of my friends and family about the company; super excited to support a black-woman owned company.

I wanted some color without the going committing to it. I love this product. Will be getting more especially for my little one.

I used this color to add highlights to my dark brown hair. Less transfer this time because I dried it instead of air drying.

I LOVE how my hair came out with the "Blush" color! My twists and twist out were POPPING! I used 3 products before applying the color to my ends (I wanted an ombre look). I used Leave in conditioner, an elongating twist defining styling cream, and wetline gel for the parts of my hair i didn't color, and then applied Hue to my ends. Even with all that product, there was VERY minimum transfer once hair completely dried. You would have to REALLY look for transfer in order to find any...if any at all. Also washes out SUPER easily in 1 wash without leaving any behind in the shower. Would definitely buy again, and in other colors as well!

Transfers a lot so apply it semi dry. Great experience ❤️❤️

This product works better than I thought it would. My biggest fear was that it would transfer. I work in a hot sweaty environment. As long as I don't rub my hands in it, It is fine. If you sweat in rivers, then there may be an issue. However, a light sweat has been fine for me. It does work better on dry-ish hair. For me, as the week progresses, it looks more natural. Yes, you get more color payoff if you lightly spread it on top of your hair but it looks more natural if you work it in. As far as gray coverage, the big issue is that you don't want this too close to your scalp because it will get on your scalp and then it will look weird and obvious that your hair isn't dyed. If you wear slick back styles where your scalp is not exposed, it may work. If you have gray, you will still need to get your hair colored regularly and this can freshen up your look. Also, a little goes a long way. You don't need much of this. It may seem expensive but if you wash your hair only once a week, it will last you a long time.

I really loved this product!! A little goes a very long way. My hair looked great and the product was not extremely messy. I did have to redo in the middle of the week because the color had faded.The product came out in 2 good rinses... and my hair was not damaged at all. So overall my experience was great. Its a cool product! It seems to cover pretty well, even the grays. It does rub off if the hair gets damp or wet, but when dry it doesn't really seem to rub off.

Love, love, love the instant transformation. Awesome on crochet hair, as in picture, but also love it on my real hair. Hold is extremely light, but it’s ok. No crunch, no flakes. And I can add a little more to my bangs and retwist before bed every couple of days to reignite the color. Best part - can’t see my grays! Like an instant makeover.

This is one of the more subtle colors. If you want people to notice, you're going to have to be heavy handed with this one. It looks mostly brown with a hint of peach on my black hair.

This gel hair color is amazing! The color really shows up on my dark colored hair! It also smells way better than the cheaper color hair waxes out there! Will definitely repurchase again in the future.

Color is nice the first day but after wearing durag overnight can’t see any color.

Love the color. On the first application I got a very standout brown that had a very warm tone that complimented my skin tone.

Subtle, natural looking highlights I've been weighing the pros and cons of color for years now. I really like the added dimension that color gives my hair and the brightness that it adds to my appearance, but each time I've colored my hair it has dried out my ends and led to a stylist ultimately cutting off the damage. I have kinky/coily curls that are finally healthy so -- although I longed for multidimensional color, I knew that I would regret the long term damage. I've used rinses for full color but I wanted highlights and I don't know of a rinse that is able to lift/lighten dark hair. I am so grateful for this healthy line and I love the subtle and natural color that the "Blush" hue adds to my curls. I control the intensity and color placement and I don't stress about messing up because I can add water to lessen the intensity or add more product to intensify the color or rinse it out and start over with no damage to my hair. I use on wet hair with a firm-hold gel and then top with the color gel.

Love the option of temporary color! I absolutely loved this color over my black hair! So much so that I'm looking for a permanent color that is similar to dye my hair. It turned out a brown, slightly dark auburn color for me so I'm on the search for a good match. That's my review for the color. As for the product, I think there is way too much transfer. When stretched my hair is waist length, so on my normal twist out style, my hair rests on my shoulders/upper back. If my hair is down with this product on, my clothes have the reddish brown glitter all over the neck and upper back area. I don't like that but it does wash out of my clothes easily. Just be conscious when wearing it. I also have to wash my hands every time I touch my hair or style it with the product on. Another note about the product and the reason for 4 stars instead of 3 is the gel aspect, I love the definition of my curls after using the product. I think I'll try buying the plain Jane gel because it doesn't flake my hair like eco styler gel. Won't be purchasing any colors again though.
